LTG Announces New Executive Search Engagement - NVOA Executive Director, Practice Operations
The Leadership Talent Group (LTG) has been retained by the Northern Virginia Ophthalmology Associates (NVOA) to conduct a national executive search for the position of Executive Director, Practice Operations.
The Executive Director, Practice Operations, will oversee the operational management of the organization’s practices, ensuring optimal efficiency, regulatory compliance, and a superior patient and staff experience. The role is instrumental in aligning the practice’s operational goals with the organization’s culture and vision. This leader will focus on optimizing existing resources, empowering frontline supervisors, and driving sustainable improvements across multiple functional areas. The Executive Director reports directly to the President of the Executive Committee and collaborates closely with Committee Chairs, embodying a proactive approach to managing operational complexities while fostering a cohesive and forward-thinking culture.
