SETH LEE
Seth Lee is the managing partner and co-founder of The Leadership Talent Group (LTG), leading the firm’s day-to-day operations and business development activities. In 2023, Seth partnered with Julie Hixson Suijk, Founder/Managing Director, Blue Note HR Consulting, Tiffany Crenshaw, President/CEO Intellect Resources and La Donna Cortez, Founder/CEO Core-HR Solutions to create LTG. With more than thirty years of general management, executive search, human resources, business development and consulting experience, in 2013 he founded a retained executive search and interim leadership placement firm, with a national practice in healthcare. Seth successfully grew the firm into a multi-million dollar consulting practice and sold the company in 2016, remaining as president into 2021. In total, Seth has led and completed more than 500 executive and interim leadership placements in faith-based, academic, not-for-profit, children’s and community hospital systems. Seth is known for his ability to combine entrepreneurial and corporate business practices, allowing for flexibility and scalability in dealing with clients and business partners. Bringing a pragmatic approach to client relationships, Seth has built trust with a variety of constituents and has formed meaningful relationships with candidates and clients across the country. Seth earned a master’s degree in education, as well as graduate certificates in skilled facilitation and adult learning from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD and a bachelor’s degree in third world studies from Hobart College in Geneva, NY. In his free time, Seth is an avid golfer and spent many years as a community college and graduate school adjunct instructor. He and his family reside in North Carolina.

JULIE HIXSON SUIJK
Julie Hixson Suijk is a partner and co-founder of The Leadership Talent Group (LTG), leading the firm’s candidate research and development activities, as well as supporting the executive development practice. In 2023, Julie merged her consulting firm (Blue Note HR Consulting) into LTG, providing an expanded client base and additional consulting expertise. In doing so, she joined partners Seth Lee, Tiffany Crenshaw, President/CEO Intellect Resources and La Donna Cortez, Founder/CEO Core-HR Solutions. With more than twenty-five years of experience in leadership, including executive roles as chief human resources officer (University of Virginia Health Northern Virginia and Culpeper) and vice president human resources (Valley Health System, Winchester VA), Julie brings strategic, operational and hands-on expertise not only in talent acquisition, but in a broad range of transformational projects involving designing, implementing and optimizing enterprise IT systems. Known for her candor and collaborative work style, Julie has earned a reputation as an accomplished project manager, trusted executive confidant and masterful steward of resources.    Julie earned a master’s degree in organization development and knowledge management from George Mason University in Arlington, Va., and a bachelor’s degree in finance from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Va. She is certified by the Society for Human Resource Management and the HR Certification Institute. ​ In her free time, Julie enjoys boating, traveling, fishing, hiking, cooking and laughing with her family and friends.

Tiffany Crenshaw
Tiffany Crenshaw is a partner and co-founder of The Leadership Talent Group (LTG), leading the
firm’s information technology practice. In 2023, Tiffany joined Seth Lee, Julie Hixson Suijk and La Donna Cortez to form LTG, providing an expanded client base and additional consulting expertise. 
Tiffany is also is the President/CEO of Intellect Resources, bringing more than twenty-five years of experience in delivering thousands of clinical and non-clinical healthcare IT professionals to healthcare systems, software vendors, payers and other entities. Additional services include: staff augmentation consultants and strategic advisors, large teams for go-live, service desk, abstraction, and outbound/outreach. 
Tiffany has earned a reputation as an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader. She has built her company and career on the belief that recruiting should be based on building long-term, personal relationships and sustained by the affirmation that career success matters for both candidates and clients.  
Tiffany attended Peace College, then an all-women’s college in Raleigh, NC, and graduated from
UNC-Chapel Hill with a Bachelors in Journalism and Mass Communication. She has been
recognized for her business achievements by Ernest and Young as a Young Entrepreneur of the
Year Finalist; and led her company to several national recognitions including the 4th fastest
woman-led company in North America and Inc 500 ranking as 39th fastest growing US company
in 2013. 

In her free time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, yoga, workouts and all facets of entertaining. She is also a board member of Authoracare, the leading Hospice organization in her community, and the United Way of Greater Greensboro.

La Donna M. Cortez
La Donna M. Cortez is a partner and co-founder of The Leadership Talent Group (LTG), leading 
the firm’s executive development practice. In 2023, La Donna joined Seth Lee, Julie Hixson Suijk, and Tiffany Crenshaw to form LTG,
 providing an expanded client base and consulting expertise. With more than twenty-five years of human resources experience across a broad portfolio 
of healthcare systems, La Donna has strategically implemented talent management strategies
 to attract and retain talent amid competitive labor markets. 
La Donna also serves as the founder and CEO of Core-HR Solutions, a boutique HR and Talent 
Management consulting firm in Southern California. Subsequently, La Donna held a variety of
 C-suite HR positions to include Stanford Children’s Health, Providence St. Joseph
 Health, and San Antonio Regional Community Hospital. La Donna is known as an authentic servant leader and reliable partner, as well as an impactful visionary with a gift to build strong leaders and teams. She takes pride in embedding belonging into the fabric of organizations. LaDonna earned her Bachelors degree with an emphasis on HR management at the
 University of La Verne in California. 
In her spare time, La Donna enjoys spending time with her family, walking her three dogs and practicing yoga.
