Julie Hixson Suijk
Julie Hixson Suijk is the Managing Partner of The Leadership Talent Group (LTG), leading the firm’s candidate research and development activities, as well as supporting the executive development practice. In 2023, Julie merged her consulting firm (Blue Note HR Consulting) into LTG, providing an expanded client base and additional consulting expertise. With more than 25 years of experience in leadership roles, including CHRO (University of Virginia Health Northern Virginia and Culpeper) and VP HR (Valley Health System), Julie brings strategic and operational expertise in talent acquisition, as well as leading a broad range of complex transformational and optimization projects. Known for her candor and collaborative work style, Julie has earned a reputation as a trusted executive confidant and masterful steward of resources. Julie earned a master’s degree in organization development and knowledge management from George Mason University in Arlington, VA, and a bachelor’s degree in finance from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. Seth Lee
Seth Lee is an Executive Advisor to The Leadership Talent Group (LTG), offering consulting services to the firm’s talent and business development activities. With more than thirty years of general management and consulting experience, in 2013 he founded a retained executive search firm, with a national practice in healthcare. Seth successfully grew the firm into a multi-million dollar consulting practice and sold the company in 2016, remaining as president into 2021. Seth has led and completed more than 600 executive and interim leadership placements in faith-based, academic, not-for-profit, children’s and community hospital systems. Seth is known for his ability to combine entrepreneurial and corporate business practices, allowing for flexibility and scalability in dealing with clients and business partners. Seth has formed meaningful relationships with candidates and clients across the country. Also, he is the primary author of The Five Stages of Executive Career Trajectory™. Seth earned a master’s degree in education, as well as graduate certificates in skilled facilitation and adult learning from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD and a bachelor’s degree in third world studies from Hobart College in Geneva, NY. Tiffany Crenshaw
Tiffany Crenshaw is the IT Practice Advisor to The Leadership Talent Group (LTG), offering consulting services to the firm’s information technology talent development practice. Tiffany also is the President/CEO of Intellect Resources, bringing more than 25 years of experience in delivering thousands of clinical and non-clinical healthcare IT professionals to healthcare systems, software vendors, payers and other entities. Additional services include: staff augmentation consultants and strategic advisors, large teams for go-live, service desk, abstraction, and outbound/outreach. Tiffany has earned a reputation as an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader; she has been recognized by Ernest and Young as a Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist, and led her company to several national recognitions including the 4th fastest woman-led company in North America and Inc 500 ranking as 39th fastest growing US company in 2013. Emma Spears
Emma Spears is the Manager, Business Operations & Talent Development at The Leadership Talent Group (LTG), supporting the talent acquisition, technology, and management processes, with a focus on cultivating an outstanding candidate and client experience. Emma's unique blend of psychological expertise and business acumen offers a deep understanding of human behavior within the context of work environments. A thoughtful and motivated professional, Emma has gained experience in the corporate areas of pharmaceutical, private equity, and food service industries. With an aptitude for problem-solving and experience seeking out innovative solutions for business challenges, Emma is creative and adaptive. Andrea Mazzoccoli
Andrea Mazzoccoli is a national voice and respected thought-leader for clinical excellence in the integrated health system arena. A recognized operations expert with decades of advanced clinical and healthcare leadership experience, Andrea is a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Nurse Executive Fellow and a PhD graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, serving as the Chief Clinical Advisor to The Leadership Talent Group. Her most recent executive position as Chief Nursing and Quality Officer at Bon Secours Mercy Health, a multi-billion dollar health system, allowed Andrea to advocate for thousands of nurses working across the continuum of care to ensure the highest standard for professional nursing practice, advancing quality and safety and its impact on positive patient outcomes. Prior to joining Bon Secours Mercy Health, Andrea served as Vice President, Patient Care Services and Chief Nursing Officer at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Serving as a magnet appraiser for the American Nurses Credentialing Center and a private sector consultant focused on the de-escalation of workplace violence, Andrea’s myriad of professional experiences places her at the top of her profession. Joe Bradley
Joe Bradley is an Executive Advisor to The Leadership Talent Group (LTG), offering consulting services related to business development and client identification. With over 25 years of experience in the physical and digital production and distribution media industry, Joe has demonstrated expertise in business development, marketing, sales, and production, covering CDs, DVDs, and Blu-Rays for music, video, and games. At Sony Corporation of America, Joe's roles included Regional Sales Manager, National Sales and Marketing Manager for Sony DADC, and Director of North American Sales and Marketing. Successfully securing new business partnerships, negotiating agreements for authoring, manufacturing, packaging, and distribution, and managing internal and external sales teams, has contributed to sales exceeding $275 million in the last decade. Additionally, Joe's tenure at Philips & DuPont Optical involved launching optical media products and services, educating clients on CD-ROM technology, and overseeing sales and marketing operations. Joe's career reflects dedication to driving growth and innovation, with a commitment to leveraging expertise in future endeavors.
