The Leadership Talent Group (LTG) has been retained by the University Hospitals (UH), to conduct a national executive search for the position of Principal Advisor, Procedural Areas. 

Reporting to the Senior Director, Perioperative & Procedural Services, the Principal Advisor, Procedural Areas serves as a system-wide clinical and strategic subject matter expert, providing leadership, consultation, and performance oversight across key procedural domains including Central Sterile Processing/High-Level Disinfection, Operating Rooms, Endoscopy, and Cath/Interventional Radiology. This role partners closely with system and local leadership to standardize workflows, implement best practices, and drive improvements in quality, safety, and operational efficiency. With influence across multiple facilities, the position leads policy development, regulatory readiness, and performance monitoring, while supporting education, competency development, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role may include direct or indirect oversight of teams depending on the assigned area and is instrumental in translating enterprise strategy into consistent operational execution.
