LTG Announces Executive Search Completion - Bon Secours, USA Executive Director

The Leadership Talent Group (LTG) is pleased to announce that Kathy Connerton has joined the Sisters of Bon Secours, USA as the Executive Director - Mission & Business Operations, effective March 2026.

As Executive Director, Kathy leads the administration and operations of the congregation’s ministries, overseeing development and fundraising, communications, human resources, and the congregation’s chapel and conference center. 

Connerton has over 25 years of experience in healthcare administration and operations as well as a background in law and public policy. For the past 12 years, Connerton has been serving as the president of Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, New York, where she has been directly responsible for growth, operations and business functions, ensuring consistent delivery of high quality of care.

Previously, she was vice president of internal consulting at Bon Secours Health System and before that served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of the health system’s Venice Hospital. She began her career as an associate attorney for a law practice in Binghamton.

Connerton received her Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law in Boston. She earned her Master of Public Administration and Public Policy Analysis, Master of Business Administration, and Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from SUNY Binghamton in New York.
