LTG Announces Executive Search Completion
The Leadership Talent Group (LTG) has completed an interim executive placement for the University of Virginia Health Community Division (UVACH), placing Sylvia Wester into the role of interim director - radiology services for UVACH Prince William Medical Center, Manassas, VA. A former Kaiser Permanente leader, Sylvia was most recently based in the Greater Southern Alameda Area/San Leandro Medical Center and Union City in California. Sylvia brings a refined management skill set to the interim role with proven accomplishments in staff engagement, care coordination, reduction in critical imaging turnaround times and new asset planning and acquisition. UVACH plans to have Sylvia in her interim role for approximately four to five months. Congratulations to both Sylvia and UVACH!
