LTG Announces Executive Search Completion
The Leadership Talent Group (LTG) is pleased to announce that Marcus Paschall, JD, MBA, will join University Hospitals Seidman Cancer Center on Monday, January 29th as the new Vice President of Operations. Marcus will provide leadership and oversight of operations for UH Seidman’s 17 locations across the UH system. In this role, he will be responsible for translating UH Seidman’s vision into best practices and benchmark performance, securing resources, advocating for quality, safety and patient experience, championing innovation, engaging with providers and embracing the science and business of healthcare in delivering on the exceptional academic and community mission of University Hospitals.
Marcus comes to UH from the University of Chicago Medicine, where he oversees oncology operations for 14 locations across Chicagoland. As Director and later Executive Director of System Ambulatory Operations for the cancer service line, he led growth of system-wide infusion volume, acquisition and integration of medical oncology practices that expanded UCM’s presence into northwest Indiana and led business and clinical planning for approval of a new $815 million cancer hospital on UCM’s Hyde Park campus on Chicago’s south side. He implemented enhancements to ensure a seamless patient experience regardless of location, partnered with department chairs and other clinical leaders to promote program growth and meet service line goals and also actively led numerous operational and engagement committees.
Marcus has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Indiana University. Marcus was born and raised in Indiana and has called the Midwest home for most of his life.
