LTG Announces New Executive Search Engagement - UVACH Senior Director, Women’s Services

The Leadership Talent Group (LTG) has been retained by University of Virginia Health Community Health (UVACH) to conduct a national executive search for the position of Senior Director, Women’s Services.

UVACH is the community medicine arm of UVA Health, comprised of three community hospitals, Prince William Medical Center (PWMC), Culpeper Medical Center (CPMC), Haymarket Medical Center (HAMC), and an integrated network of clinical practices and outpatient locations in Northern Virginia and Culpeper. UVACH Women’s Services is a strategic pillar in the UVA Health five-year growth plan, with significant capital investment underway, including renovation of the PWMC Women’s Suites and modernization projects across the system.  

The Senior Director, Women’s Services (Senior Director) is a newly created leadership role that supports UVACH’s strategic plan to standardize and strengthen leadership span across the enterprise, align nursing strategy and practice, and partner with the Medical Group. The addition of this role complements this ongoing strategy, joining the Senior Director, Perioperative Services and Senior Director, Emergency Services (both nurse executives), ensuring consistent standards of care, performance, and operational excellence.
