LTG Announces Executive Search Completion - LMC VP Quality & Operations

The Leadership Talent Group (LTG) is pleased to announce that Michele Muldoon will join Lexington Medical Center as the Vice President, Quality & Operations, effective September 2025.

In this role, Michele is tasked with sustaining a culture of continuous quality improvement throughout the LMC system. This position is accountable for the coordination of quality programs at the enterprise level to ensure execution of LMC’s Quality Strategic plan. The role directly synthesizes and leads the organization’s strategic planning quality efforts. The position provides strategic decision-making, leadership, planning, and prioritization to meet business and quality/compliance objectives.
