LTG Announces Executive Search Completion - UH Director, Laboratory - Anatomic Pathology

The Leadership Talent Group (LTG) is pleased to announce that Jennine Crawford has joined University Hospitals as the Director, Laboratory - Anatomic Pathology (DLAP), effective July 2026.


The DLAP is responsible for the administrative, fiscal, human resources, quality improvement, research activities, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance functions for the laboratory. In addition, the DLAP serves as a technical leader, mentor, coach, and team developer. 

Crawford was previously Laboratory Administrator at Northwest Arkansas Pathology Associates in Fayetteville, AR, where she directly managed the daily operations and productivity of laboratory departments including Histology, Cytology, Grossing, Flow Cytometry, Molecular Pathology, Couriers, Facilities, satellite frozen section rooms, and the Morgue. Prior to that she served as Regional Anatomic Pathology Manager at Adventist Health in Southern California, and before that she was Manager of the Hospital Laboratory at Quest Diagnostics in Tom’s River, NJ. 

She earned an MS in Occupational Health & Safety from Indiana State University, a BS in Chemistry and an AS, Histotechnology from Youngstown State University.
