LTG Announces Executive Search Completion - UVACH Assistant Vice President, Medical Group - Specialty Care

The Leadership Talent Group (LTG) is pleased to announce that Caroline Maloy will join University of Virginia Community Health (UVACH) as the Assistant Vice President, Medical Group - Specialty Care, effective February 17, 2025.


Caroline was previously the Director of Operations, Ambulatory at the University of Texas Southwestern, where she was employed since 2021.


UVACH is the community medicine arm of UVA Health, comprised of three community hospitals and an integrated network of clinical practices and outpatient locations in Northern Virginia and Culpeper. This newly created, onsite leadership role leads within an integrated health system providing world class care across Virginia, with numerous awards and accreditations from leading organizations and accreditation bodies, including The Joint Commission, The Leapfrog Group A Grade for Hospital Safety, Becker's Hospital Review Great Community Hospitals, and US News & World Report High Performing Hospital - Heart Attack. The UVACH Medical Group (UVACH MG) is a developing and expanding community-based medical group that has officially become part of UVA Health over the last several years. In particular, the AVP will lead their director team in the design and implementation of efforts to optimize access, reduce costs, enhance revenues, meet performance and quality goals, and utilize information to develop and support management decisions.


Caroline completed her MPH at University of Memphis and her undergraduate degree at Lambuth University.
