LTG Announces Executive Search Completion - UVACH Director, Pharmacy
The Leadership Talent Group (LTG) is pleased to announce that Jonathan Meli will join University of Virginia Community Health (UVACH) as the Director, Pharmacy, effective January 2025.
Jonathan was previously the Director of Pharmacy at the Cleveland Clinic’s Indian River Hospital in Florida, where he was employed since 2016.
The UVACH Director, Pharmacy is responsible for the development and implementation of UVA Health Northern VA & Culpeper's overall strategy for pharmacy services, consistent with the health system's mission, vision, goals, and values. This leadership position is part of UVA Health’s Department of Pharmacy Services, operating in an integrated enterprise organizational structure, facilitating the maximization and sharing of knowledge management, vendor partnerships, advanced research, technology platforms, clinical program management, regulatory and compliance, and operational excellence. At the core of this role is a leader that embodies growth, alignment, quality improvement, analysis, and customer service.
Jonathan completed his PharmD at Northeast Ohio Medical University, his MS, Health-System Pharmacy Administration at The Ohio State University, and his undergraduate degree at Miami University.
