LTG Announces Executive Search Completion - UVACH Senior Director, Women’s Services

The Leadership Talent Group (LTG) is pleased to announce that Amanda Dupuis will join UVA Community Health as the Senior Director, Women’s Services, effective June 2026. 

The Senior Director, Women’s Services (Senior Director) is a newly created leadership role that supports UVACH’s strategic plan to standardize and strengthen leadership span across the enterprise, align nursing strategy and practice, and partner with the Medical Group. The addition of this role complements this ongoing strategy, joining the Senior Director, Perioperative Services and Senior Director, Emergency Services (both nurse executives), ensuring consistent standards of care, performance, and operational excellence.

Amanda Dupuis was previously the Director of Nursing, Women’s & Children’s Services at Wake Med Cary Hospital in Cary, NC, where she was employed since 2021. Amanda completed her MSN in Nursing Administration and her MBA at Indiana Wesleyan University. She earned her undergraduate degree at UNC Greensboro.
