LTG Announces New Executive Search Engagement - Sisters of Bon Secours, USA Executive Director of Mission & Business Operations

The Leadership Talent Group (LTG) has been retained by the Sisters of Bon Secours, USA, to facilitate the candidate interview and assessment process for the position of Executive Director of Mission & Business Operations.

The Executive Director of Mission and Business Operations (ED) oversees the ministries of the Sisters of Bon Secours in the USA. The Executive Director reports to the USA Area Leader. The ED is responsible for fostering the Mission and business operations of the Sisters of Bon Secours. The ED oversees the implementation of policies, assesses program implementation where appropriate and promotes a culture of collaboration, mutual respect, and accountability throughout.

The ED is responsible for the general administration of the Sisters of Bon Secours’ ministries in the USA. Responsibilities include Finance, Development and Fund Raising, Communication, Human Resources, and all committees related to the functioning of the mission and business. The ED works in collaboration with the directors of all our ministries, and all relevant internal and external entities. The position requires that the ED work in partnership, maintaining open dialogue and collaboration on all relevant issues.
