LTG Announces New Executive Search Engagement - Sisters of Bon Secours, USA Executive Director of Mission & Business Operations
The Leadership Talent Group (LTG) has been retained by the Sisters of Bon Secours, USA, to facilitate the candidate interview and assessment process for the position of Executive Director of Mission & Business Operations.
The Executive Director of Mission & Business Operations (ED) is responsible for the general administration of the Sisters of Bon Secours’ ministries in the USA, enriching the mission and advancing business operations. The ED leads the directors of the ministries, as well as a team of business operations professionals, and collaborates with relevant internal and external entities. In doing so, the ED oversees the implementation of policies, assesses program implementation and promotes a culture of collaboration, mutual respect, and accountability throughout. The ED sets the tone by weaving a cultural fabric of healing and compassion for guests and colleagues, which is most apparent at the Retreat and Conference Center.
The position reports directly to the Area Leader and fosters strong relationships with the Sisters of Bon Secours, overseeing the following functions: Communications/Public Relations, Human Resources, Development & Fund Raising, Chapel, and all committees related to the functioning of the business. Further, an Executive Assistant and the Finance Director support both the Executive Director and the Area Leader. A close partnership with the Area Leader is essential, with clearly defined avenues of communication and delegation. The ED oversees directors that manage the following ministries: Retreat and Conference Center, Bon Secours Associates, Bon Secours Volunteer Ministry, and Bon Secours Young Adults. Of note, the Retreat and Conference Center was voted “Howard County’s Best Special Event Venue” in 2024.
